Unfortunately, by law, once medication has left any pharmacy it cannot be re-used by the pharmacy. Therefore any returned medication must be destroyed, even if the pack has not been opened.
For this reason, once the item has been paid for and despatched, the Leyes Lane Pharmacy will not be able to offer a refund. Prescriptions do not fall under the 14 day distance selling rule as they are ‘personalised products’. This does not affect your statutory rights where goods received are not as described or faulty in which case a full refund will be issued.
You may cancel your order at any time until the point that Leyes Lane Pharmacy confirm with you that it has been despatched.
The delivery address and time will be pre-arranged with you (the address must be the address stated on the prescription unless confirmed in writing to Leyes Lane Pharmacy prior to despatch).
Should you not be available at the pre-arranged time/location, your delivery will incur a further delivery charge and must still be received by you with 28 days of the date on the prescription.
