Through Botanical Health Dispensary’s allied pharmacy, Leyes Lane Pharmacy, we facilitate the delivery of prescriptions to patients nationwide. Patients are under no obligation to only use a pharmacy linked to or recommended by a clinic. Botanical Health Dispensary gives you more control over your prescriptions.

We understand that obtaining medical cannabis medication – whether it’s your first prescription or a repeat order – can be an anxiety-inducing time, particularly as many patients and their families are living with ill-health and complex health conditions which can be made worse by uncertainty and poor communication. We understand medical cannabis and we also understand what it’s like to be a patient or have a patient in the family, so we will always keep you informed.

We work hard to reduce your stress every step of the way. Our allied pharmacy will keep you informed about the status of your medication from the minute you start the process via email or phone.
Freedom to prescribe the right products
For doctors and patients alike, we do our very best to ensure our process is as straightforward as possible so you can be reassured you’re in safe hands. Our independent allied pharmacy, Leyes Lane, gives us the ability to access all medical cannabis products, so your prescribing choices are not limited.
They can dispense medical cannabis products from Adven, Satoline, Althea, Bedrocan, Bedrolite, Bedica, Bedrobinol, Bediol, Epidyolex, Pedanios, Aurora, Tilray, Khiron, Spectrum, Medcan and Noidecs. If you don’t see what you need in this list, please contact us as we may still be able to help.
How it works
Step 1: Get a prescription from your doctor or clinic
In the UK there is now a range of medical cannabis clinics and GMC specialist doctors who can prescribe this treatment to you. If your doctor is happy that you are suitable for treatment, they will write you a private prescription.
Step 2: Start your prescription order
You or your doctor can email Leyes Lane Pharmacy to start the process. The pharmacy team will send you a secure way to send an electronic copy of your prescription. This gives the team a head start in ordering what you need.
The team will check availability, delivery dates and prices, and contact you to check you are happy to go ahead.
You or your clinic can send the prescription directly to any pharmacy of your choosing. You are not tied to the clinic’s preferred pharmacy’.
Step 3: Send your prescription
Then, you, the doctor, or the clinic must send your original prescription to our allied pharmacy, Leyes Lane, by post.
We strongly suggest you send this via recorded delivery. They will let you know when it has been received and contact you to confirm all the details, including delivery address.
Step 4: Processing and paying for your medical cannabis medication
When the Leyes Lane Pharmacy team receive your original prescription in the post, they will process the prescription and contact you to arrange payment and delivery.
Step 5: Medication directly to your door
Leyes Lane Pharmacy then send your medication to you via next day Special Delivery. The prescription must be signed for by an adult on delivery, so a delivery date will be agreed with you before sending. They will post your payment receipt with your medication.
Alternatively, if you’re in the Midlands, you can pop in to see Leyes Lane Pharmacy in Kenilworth to pay for and collect your medication.
